Shipping & Returns


Postage for orders within Australia is priced between $10.24-$16.95 and FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50. We also offer free pick up in-store - refer to our designated Pickup Points.

We primarily employ the services of Australia Post and Pack & Send, and all parcels are sent via standard Post. All orders upon payment received would be processed within 1-3 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details (house number, street name, suburb and postcode) as we do not responsible for any lost parcel.

Standard shipping generally takes 2-7 days, depending on your location in Australia. For more information on delivery time frame, please refer to Australia Post Website / Pack & Send Website.

Due to the on going Covid-19 impact, Li.The Present Candle will not be liable for any losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.

For Pickup arrangement, order would be ready for collection within 1-3 business days, depending on the stores' operating hours. Please note that all Pickups must be collected within 7 business days from the day you receive your notification email unless otherwise agreed.


We do not provide international shipping at this moment. We are currently working on this feature, and we look forward to serving our international customers soon.


We want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously. If you have received a damaged, incorrect item, or you believe it to be faulty, we will happily replace or refund any candle within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as damaged when received. Unfortunately we will not offer a refund for change of mind.
